• Information you submit. If you start a quote or estimate request, the questions you answer — such as your ZIP code, property details, and contact details — are submitted to the partner that fulfils that request.
• Technical information. Standard web request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the advertising click identifiers described below.

Advertising identifiers

We advertise on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you arrive from one of those ads, the link carries identifiers that let us tell which ad you came from and whether the request you submitted was completed. We use these solely to measure and improve our advertising. We do not use them to build a profile of you for any other purpose.

How your information is used

• To pass your request to the partner who can fulfil it.
• To measure which of our ads and pages actually work.
• To detect fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

We share the details you submit with the partner fulfilling your request, who will contact you about the product or service you asked about. That partner's own privacy policy governs what they do with it afterwards. We also share technical information with our hosting and analytics providers, and with advertising platforms for measurement.

We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

How we make money

We are compensated by the partners we refer requests to. That compensation does not change what you pay and does not affect the estimate you receive.

Your choices

• You can decline to submit a request; nothing on this page requires you to.
• You can ask us to delete the information you submitted by writing to lijun.chen@justdomedia.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Contact us and we will honour any right that applies to you.

Retention

We keep submitted information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for any period required by law.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
